2 Easy Steps to making a healthy Basil Banana Smoothie

Hello y'all, been quiet for a while. So we're going to share another healthy fruit smoothie. It has ripe bananas which we obviously love and basil which is a herb. Basil is known to have antioxidants that protect your body from premature aging and age related problems. Check it out.

Basil Banana Smoothie

* 2 Ripe Bananas
* 10 Basil Leaves (Fresh is better)
* 1 Tablespoon Honey
* 1/4 cup Water


Directions:

1.) Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes, make sure all the basil leaves are minced into tiny pieces.

2.) Put some in a glass and enjoy. ^_^!
